Your New Job
As the Accounts Assistant, you will chiefly be assisting the Finance Manager in assuring that both the purchase and sales ledger duties are managed with precise accuracy. You will be responsible for preparing sales invoices, whilst following up outstanding invoices, preparing analysis and managing bank reconciliations. You shall also be responsible for the preparation of new supplier details ensuring that all details are added to Sage with accuracy. You will provide credit control support, ensuring aged debt is kept to a minimum.
Your Experience & Our Requirements
Our Client is looking for a knowledgeable Accounts Assistant with a proven track record of processing a high volume of invoices on a weekly basis. Ideally you’ll have at least 2 years’ experience dealing with sales ledger, purchase ledger and credit control, whilst being someone who relishes working in a fast paced and energetic environment. You’re an excellent problem solver with the ability to think on your feet. Your ability to deliver customer service will be second to none and you’ll possess an excellent telephone manner. As a successful applicant you will have a working knowledge of Sage.
