**Technical Analyst - Data Integrity**

**Why this role matters**

















This role supports and reports financial performance of defined business area, or in small team of specialist subject matter experts with pan-BT responsibility (including consolidation / low level analysis / planning / performing audits).

















**What you'll be doing**




















+ Assists implementation of the Business Unit financial goals / pan-BT specialist function goals and uses strong knowledge of appropriate financial processes to deliver these goals.


+ Delivers and supports the planning, facilitation and completion of finance programmes or projects in a clearly defined capacity.


+ Supports senior members of finance team and proactively partners with managers and other key stakeholders within the business unit.


+ Works primarily under supervision, but prioritises work and adapts to changing priorities. Responsible for personal output with autonomy to plan and execute own work.


+ Able to carry out tasks effectively, and suggest alternatives to problems/issues before escalation.

+ Qualified to degree level or equivalent


+ Experience in revenue assurance, billing, networks, engineering and procurement systems and processes.


+ Advanced level of MS Access & Excel skills and other Microsoft applications like MS Visio, PowerPoint, InfoPath, OneNote and Word.


+ Ability to document complex process and controls.


+ In depth experience on technical expertise like SQL Server, Oracle 11g, Unix, Linux and ETL Tools.


+ Expert in HTML script-based tools


+ Proficiency in SQL and Unix language


+ Complex Project Management experience (Desirable)


+ Oracle Certified Associate (Desirable)
