Spend some time with Muriel and brighten up her week
Our member, Muriel, is 86 years old and lives alone in the Bristol area. She is looking for a chatty, friendly person who can spare some time any weekday evening or any time during the weekend to pop round for a chat over a cuppa.
Muriel loves gardening and used to enjoy a wide range of crafts. She regularly attends church and loves a chat and a catch up. The complex where she lives has 12 acres of grounds and she would love to be able to get out for a stroll around with them with someone. There's a cricket ground based in these grounds and she is hoping that she might have the chance to watch a match on a Saturday afternoon once in a while!
No experience is required simply a warm heart and a friendly, chatty manner. Having a weekly visit could make a huge difference to Muriel's life. Could you be the person to brighten up her week?
