We are currently looking for an office administrator to join a stable and thriving business. This is a permanent and challenging full time role.
Key responsibilities and skills:
The correct candidate needs to be organized and have a strong understanding of inventory management, Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word), and Adobe Acrobat Standard.
Preform other general office administration duties. This includes shipping, receiving, travel arrangements, office cleanliness, Trained First-Aider (training will be provided), and organizing company events.
Skills and Abilities:
Fluent, conversational English
Eligibility to work in the UK
Access to a vehicle and legally able to drive on occasions
Meticulous attention to detail
Excellent telephone and email manor
Positive attitude towards work
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Must be punctual and have good timekeeping and attendance.
