About the Role
The Salesforce Support/Administration role will work within the Sales and Marketing Knowledge Solutions team at BSI Standards Ltd, based at our Chiswick head office.
The role focuses on identifying enhancement opportunities in Salesforce and working with business stakeholders to improve Salesforce usage and processes and reporting across the sales and marketing teams.
Co-ordination of user driven developments is also a core activity and this will involve liaising with our external support and internal development teams.
The role holder will be a recognized 'Superuser' and work closely with a network of SFDC Champions across Knowledge Solutions and the BSI Group.

+ Excellent interpersonal skills
+ Confident with gathering requirements and capturing needs
+ Experience dealing with senior stakeholders
+ Strong experience of Salesforce.com as a user - minimum 2 years
+ Experienced as a Salesforce.com Administrator
+ Experience of working within a sales / commercial environment
+ Analytical approach to problem solving and demonstrable ability to interpret data and question based on insight gained
+ Strong communication and influencing skills that are effective both face to face and via remote channels
