**TheOpportunity**



You
will be responsible for all administration relating to the 'offer of
employment' process. This includes drafting offer letters, managing induction
plans, referencing and updating HR systems, while ensuring an exceptional
joiner experience.



**YourKey Responsibilities:**



+ Youwill draft offer letters for Experienced Hire joiners.

+ Youwill be acting as a dedicated point of contact for joiners and theiron-boarding, e.g. documentation, international support, IT set-up,references, inductions, UK right to work, escalating noncompliance andanswering queries.

+ Youwill be updating HR systems and spreadsheets to ensure data integrity.

+ Youwill process payroll changes, review and check transactions generated byaudit reports.

+ Youwill provide regular updates to the Experienced Hire Recruitment team onprogress of on-boarding.

+ Youwill take calls on the Recruitment Helpline and deal with queries.

+ Youwill process invoices for recruitment related costs.

+ Youwill flexibly support team members and other HRSSC teams according to workvolumes.

+ Youwill contribute to wider projects and initiatives.

+ Youwill cover for other Administrators during planned and unplanned absenceperiods.

+ Youwill support with other ad-hoc administration and reporting tasks asrequired and directed by the Team Leader.

+ Youwill be working to deadlines, KPIs and SLAs.



**Skills and attributes for success**



We are interested
in people with experience in a busy administrator type role in professional
services or a similar environment. As a successful candidate you will have the
ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal and organisational skills.



**To qualify for the role:**



+ Youwill have proven administration experience of working to high volumes andjuggling conflicting priorities.

+ Youwill have customer service experience and a professional telephone manner.

+ Youwill have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in dealingwith the most routine tasks.

+ Youwill have IT literacy with Microsoft packages.



**Ideally, you'llalso be able to:**



+ Communicate confidently and operate appropriatelywithin the organisation.

+ Use your initiative when problem solving, being self-sufficientand proactive.

+ Influencechallenging stakeholders, manage resistance and escalate as appropriate.

+ Demonstratesuccessful track record of process improvements and best use oftechnology.
