MANUFACTURING CHANGE MANAGER / PROJECT MANAGER
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation. Our client, a blue chip FMCG company, is currently seeking a MANUFACTURING CHANGE PROJECT MANAGER, on the Leeds site. This is a full-time, temporary role for a period of 12 months, Monday to Friday, nominally, to start ASAP. The role is paying a salary of between Â£50-60k per annum, depending on experience.
The site is moving through a program of increasing automation in their manufacturing areas across a number of production lines, the job holder will need to carefully manage a full restructuring program.Â Â There are also activities to manage in terms of increasing productivity and reducing non, value-added activities. This is a complex and fast-moving environment where maintaining safety, production targets, quality and cost, whilst delivering this program of change is paramount.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end change management in the manufacturing area of the automation changes and managing the people plan alongside the site HRBP. This will include leading a cross-functional team from engineering, operations, HR, and leading the consultation on the changes.
