Temporary Customer Support Advisor

Immediate start

Temporary position - Need to be available to start work immediately

Monday's - Friday's 9.00am - 5:00pm

£10.20 p/h

As the first point of contact for all customers and suppliers, the Customer Service department is a key area of the business. As a Customer Service Advisor excellent communication skill and a positive attitude are essential to meet the needs of both internal and external customers and deliver great customer care.

Main Responsibilities

  • Prioritise and process customer orders and requests submitted by telephone, e-mail, Company website and Company app.

  • Investigate and resolve customer queries / complaints in a timely manner.

  • Support the Sales Account Managers to maximise revenue opportunities.

  • Ensure product knowledge is up to date to assist customers

  • Liaise with courier companies to arrange collections, investigate delivery issues and process claims when necessary.

  • General administration duties including, but not restricted to printing labels, filing, scanning and incoming / outgoing post.

  • Additional duties as required by the Customer Services Manager.

Candidate

  • Previous Customer service experience
  • Reliable, trustworthy and honest
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
