To assist the Director within the Duncan McKenzie Property office by undertaking administrative tasks and dealing with clients in a professional and efficient manner.
- Answering the phone to deal with client enquiries
- Maintain customer satisfaction and customer relations with a good telephone manner
- Arranging property viewings
- Inputting data onto the SME Professional software system and managing the system plus the use of other internal systems, including Microsoft products
- Filing documents accurately and efficiently
- Undertaking administrative tasks.
- Any other duties as requested by the Director to meet the needs of the business.
