As a Customer Service Account Manager, you will be:
Proactively speaking to Brokers to fact find and build relationships
Making outbound calls to companies for loans and mortgages
Logging finance enquiries onto the system and following up leads with Brokers
Organising visits with potential clients for the field new business team
Booking workshop events for Brokers and upselling products to clients
Dealing with inbound calls on behalf of the Underwriters
As the Customer Service Account Manager, you will:
Be able to confidently speak to clients over the telephone
You may have experience working as one of the following: Customer Relations, Administrator, Business Development Executive, BDM, Internal Account Manager, Telesales, Recruitment Consultant, Sales Administrator, Sales Advisor, Travel Agent, Estate Agent, Lettings Agent, Lettings Negotiator or Finance Advisor.
As the Customer Service Account Manager, your salary will be circa £18,000 per year, with an OTE of £20,000 per year.
