Key Responsibilities: General accounts and bookkeeping duties Processing incoming mail, posting outgoing mail Keeping internal spreadsheets updated with all placed orders Keeping up to date with spreadsheets for commission sales Raising quotations, processing sales orders and purchase orders Maintaining and keeping up to date records of equipment, stock and any purchases made Using Sage Validating purchase invoices and managing Cash Book Checking posting of receipts and payment to internal system Track any discrepancies and report to management Ensure payments are calculated accordingly Processing a validating expenses and processing payments
Required Skills: *Good understanding of computerised accounts software *Good understanding of Excel *Strong attention to detail *Internal and External Communication *Good Telephone Manner *Good Customer Service
Our client offers a fun working environment for you to thrive in and be recognised for your great work. Salary on offer £20,000-£22,000 DOE Working hours Monday to Friday 37.5 either 9am to 5pm or 8.30am to 4.30pm. Benefits: 22 days holiday, birthday off plus the company socials, free parking.
