You will have responsibility for planning and overseeing the regional planning requirements, that will ensure delivery of service, in a co-ordinated approach and delivered by the Field and Courier Team, in a timely and efficient way that increases output in the region. You will measure Courier recruitment through analysing the Courier turnover we have and identify ways to improve this, setting pipeline targets, measuring success and highlighting problem areas. A key area of focus will be regional round planning and cost control. This role will be predominantly depot based.
