We are looking for a Global Brand Manager to provide global brand and life-cycle management for Norgine brands

Overall objectives and responsibilities
  • Consolidation of global launch / brand plans for selected products
  • Providing appropriate brand support to all relevant markets ensuring the development of effective, productive relationships
  • To provide appropriate input into ongoing projects / programmes within the Global Marketing team
  • Monitoring, evaluation and directing in-market performance for selected brands
  • Building effective productive working relationship with key central functions including regulatory, medical and product development
  • To ensure compliance with company policies, systems and processes to facilitate on-going sales and profit growth
  • To act as the point of contact in the absence of the Associate Director.
  • Driving integration within the One-Norgine spirit in terms of culture and values, policies and procedures within the defined team
Behavioural Objectives
  • The roles requires assistance to be given to the Global Marketing team on brand related projects managed by Associate Director Global Brand Management
Accountability
  • The individual will also be accountable for pre-defined tasks and projects, as defined in Objectives above
Relationships
  • Key stakeholders are the Global Marketing Assistant, Associate Director, Global Marketing Director and partner companies
  • Other key stakeholders include members of affiliate marketing teams, members of cross-functional brand teams, and the remainder of Global Commercial

Requirements

  • Significant experience in country or international product marketing
  • Experience in direct customer facing role (field sales, account management…) would be a strong advantage.
    • Genuine team player with a supportive and helpful approach to all internal and external personnel
  • Qualifications in Science, Pharmacy, Commerce or a related field are essential
  • Postgraduate qualifications in management or marketing would be a plus
  • Strong planning, implementation and monitoring skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build productive working relationships with staff in all departments and international colleagues
  • Ability to work under pressure with multiple priorities, occasionally to tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including competency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Genuine team player with a supportive and helpful approach to all internal and external personnel
  • A desire to grow, take on more responsibility and learn new skills that can support brand activity
  • Fluency in English is essential plus knowledge of other European languages would be an advantage
