We are a rapidly growing exhibition stand design and producer, providing many of the worlds leading companies with exhibition structures, all over the UK and the world.

We are now seeking a bright and capable Office Administrator to join our busy Farnborough head office.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious and confident self-starter looking to join an expanding company. The Office Administrator will be part of a small friendly team providing general support and assistance to the Project Managers, Warehouse, Sales and Marketing teams in delivering our strategy plan along with a broad and varied range of other administrative and clerical tasks.

Office Administrator – Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage phone calls, visitors, emails or letters
  • Manage agendas, schedule appointments and take meeting minutes as required
  • Assist with arrangements for Customer events, including organising catering
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate meeting room
  • Track and maintains stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Carrying administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Organising travel arrangements for the team when necessary
  • Any other duties as required from time to time
