We are looking for a number of Training Consultants over the coming months, across Bristol, Bath and Gloucester. The lowdown on being a Training Consultant As a Training Consultant you will coach and mentor learners in the workplace and remotely, via technology, promoting learning and preparation for assessment, across a range of Apprenticeships and qualifications in the Adult Care sector. You will work regionally, as part of a team and be attached to a local office base, alongside your colleagues and line management. Given the nature of the task at hand, you will be permanently employed on a full-time basis, but be given complete flexibility to plan your working week to suit your own schedule. As a Training Consultant with Connect2Care you can expect to receive a competitive starting salary between £20,000 - £28,000pa, based on prior sector experience and qualifications PLUS a fantastic, enhanced benefits package that really does come with all the bells and whistles! Do I need any specific experience or qualifications? Training and development is at the heart of all we do and that extends to our staff. As long as you have at least 4 years' experience within the Adult Care sector, such as residential care, domiciliary/community care, mental health, dementia or drug and alcohol, at supervisory or management level and the drive, determination and passion to develop others, then we will develop you!
