A Senior Building Surveying opportunity has arisen within the Warrington office of one of our partnering clients. The role involves a wide variety of projects within the Public and Private sector where you will be supporting and managing the surveying teams throughout the North West region.
You will work on projects ranging from:
Maintenance and improvement schemes which support a host of local authority frameworks - Project values £10k to £1m;
Performing condition surveys, reports and providing forward maintenance plans on a collection of property portfolios and overseeing the resultant works;
Regular Party Wall Award, dilapidations negotiations and other professional appointments;
Administration of contracts and management of alteration/refurbishment projects with the education sector.
Hold a RICS membership and have post qualification experience
A BSC (HONS) Building Surveying or similar/equivalent degree
Expert technical surveying knowledge
History of liaising with clients and their expectations along with a strong understanding of profitability
Familiar with drafting technical documents including BIDS
Good AutoCAD skills
100% knowledge of Health and Safety requirements

Salary on offer:
£45,000 - £55,000
