Paying - £10.00 - £11.50 per hour depending on experience
Monday - Friday 10.00 - 5.00
Assisting the Office Manager and one other, you will be carrying out Project Secretary duties as follows:
*Dealing with email correspondence *Answering the telephone, assisting with any queries, transferring calls and taking messages *Typing correspondence *Typing reports - these are already in template format *Copying typing of documents *Assisting any other departments with any ad hoc administration - typing orders, typing invoices, data entry onto various templates
*Be a competent Secretary/Senior Administrator with recent experience within this field *Possess an excellent accurate typing speed and be pc literate and competent on Word and Excel - this is an essential part of the role *Available to start 5th August and able to commit to the duration of the assignment *Be happy to complete an online assessment to complete your registration consisting of a Word, Excel and Copy typing/data entry assessment *Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal
