This is a truly amazing opportunity for a Head Chef or possibly a Sous Chef looking for a better work / life balance.
If you can manage a team, if you are organised, if you have a family that deserves your attention in the evenings, then this is the opportunity you have been looking for.
Produce is sourced locally from artisan and respected suppliers, giving you the opportunity to learn a wide variety of methods and techniques.
You must have excellent organisational and people skills because in a small team like this every member is essential. You will have to maintain temperature sheets, hygiene, health & safety, ordering, stock control, delegation and generally use your initiative to maintain the high standards and efficiency of this very busy kitchen which can serve 250 covers on a busy day.
