The **Executive Assistant** is experienced in all standard secretarial tasks. They work in a very large and complex organisation where substantial interests are at stake, the effects of which affect the entire Philips Company or a large proportion of it. Therefore, the job at any level demands knowledge, experience and understanding of the organisation, the often conflicting interests at play and the many business processes and disciplines that are managed by the Manager.
In addition, in this category of jobs the **Executive Assistant** has to make decisions without consulting others and is held responsible for these decisions afterwards. In view of the conflicting interests, the nature of the contacts is very critical. A further aspect is needed to be able to think ahead and to take action in such a way as to enable decision-making processes and priorities, to be controlled more effectively by the Executive. Reports to an (EL2A) Executive.
In your role as a **Marketing Executive** of the **Domestic Appliances team** , you are responsible for helping the team to drive growth and profitability for the category. You will be part of a wide range of projects which will you give you the opportunity to be exposed to customer range reviews, marketing strategy definition, brand campaign preparation, etc. In this Marketing role, you will be working closely with **multiple business functions** , like Sales, Operations, Digital, Consumer Insights, Pricing, Finance, Consumer Care.
You will be responsible for NPD set-up and launch preparation, Ratings & Reviews campaigns, competitor benchmarks and more. You will also own category specific stretch assignment where you will be able to lead projects end to end. Join us for this exciting opportunity!
**Key areas of Responsibilities:**
+ Supports project management of local activation of the consumer marketing plan for the category
+ Supports project progress tracking for introduction of new propositions
+ Support R&R campaigns and CRM campaigns, but also be able to run own/specific projects
+ Supports tracking of budget spend
+ Supports data mining for business recommendations and strategy development
+ Supports on monthly reporting of business results and drivers / hampers driving business results
+ Supports campaign kick-off, consumer decision journey, creative, message and link with Trade Shopper Marketing
