If this sounds like you then look no further as our aim at United Response is to ensure that our clients have the opportunity to live their lives to the full! You will be joining an 8 bed 24 hour supported living service that provides support to adults with severe complex needs. Here at United Response we are driven by our mission to provide person-centred support and as such you will have a varied role which will involve having a positive and creative approach to support work, being able to think of solutions to everyday problems and create new opportunities for and with the people you will support amongst other things:

  • Standard Support Worker duties
  • Day to day active support
  • Personal care
  • Accompanying the person we support to holidays (Cruises, Disney land and more)

To be a successful Support Worker you must firstly be passionate about supporting people with disabilities and share our values of being united, responsive, creative, honest and strong. You should be a patient and resilient individual who is willing to invest time in getting to know the people we support and understand what care best supports their needs. Previous experience is not necessary as full training will be provided.
