We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Clerical Officer for the Armagh area. This will be a full-time temporary role, Monday to Friday consisting of 36hrs hours per week. This vacancy is temporary ongoing.
Duties & Responsibilities:
-A Clerical Officer will be expected to use a wide range of modern office technology to get the job done - PCs, e-mail, scanning and modern phone systems
-May need to work as part of a team, and their duties may involve dealing with queries from the public, receiving and making phone calls, filing, photocopying, processing claims, reception duties and many other kinds of office administration
-Clerical Officers, particularly those assigned to public offices have to be able to cope with pressures faced in a busy work environment
-5 GCSE's (Grades A - C)
- OR equivalent or higher in a Business/Administration or Finance
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a paid capacity of working in an administrative role in an office environment including practical use of computers
