Purpose of the position
The International Account Manager is responsible for building relationships with the existing international account portfolio, ensuring the customer's needs are anticipated and fulfilled whilst renewing the subscription and acquiring new business through existing accounts and new leads.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
+ Maintain regular contact, identify solutions and help the customer realize the value in BSI products and service's
+ Collaborations across the business is key as is a drive for continuous improvement, development and achievement
+ The ability to deliver targets across all sales channels including commercial agents, local BSI office's and other partner organisations
+ Communicating with the portfolio across different time zones and the ability to demonstrate an understanding of the localized topic's

+ To manage Salesforce accurately and correctly on a daily basis
+ To develop effective relationships across internal and external contacts
+ To generate new business through the existing portfolio and new leads
+ To meet and exceed the annual renewal target

+ Measured through weekly/monthly and quarterly meetings
+ Quarterly targets

+ Experience of selling/account management to an International B2B Market
+ Experience of managing internal/external stakeholders up to Director level, specifically in International Countries Territories
+ Customer First approach
+ Proven experience of renewal account management with a track record of negotiation skills
+ The ability to communicate with your portfolio across different time zones and demonstrate your understanding of local business
+ The ability to work independently with a creative and innovative approach to problem solving
+ A good team player who shares knowledge
+ Salesforce literacy
+ Ability to adapt communication skills to country requirements
+ Flexible working due to International portfolio time zones
+ Highly motivated to meet and exceed targets within given deadlines
Externally Advertised Salary: From £38,000 + 30% OTE Uncapped
