MARKETPLACE ON-BOARDING MANAGER - CHISWICK, WEST LONDONThe role of Marketplace On-boarding Manager communicates with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to create seamless IT integration for famous brands to feature their products on our websites. Projects are run within a framework such as Prince2 ensuring high level and low-level requirements capture, planning, implementation and transition brands onto this platform. The Marketplace On-boarding Manager will work alongside the business Account managers and luxury brand technology teams to ensure business objectives are met. Passion for customer service and the digital environment are key success factors for this role.What you'll be doing: Responsible for the successful on-boarding of brands and their select products into our marketplace within agreed timescales and quality targets Communicate with stakeholders at all levels to a high degree instilling confidence and reliabilityEnsure a high standard of requirements capture is conducted, approved and successfully managed through to delivery of the brand on the websiteManage the delivery of projects effectively using Prince2/Agile ensuring plans, risks, communication and stakeholder management are clear and measurableManage close healthy working relationships with supplier IT teams evidenced through ease at which the brands actively update their data on our websitesTrain Marketplace On-boaders and other members of the IT team sufficiently so that they are equipped to take on servicing the account once transitioned to BAUImpeccable time and quality management evidenced through planning, meeting deadlines and agreed quality measuresDeliver regular reports against project deliverables, forecasting and performance reporting around the success of the technical solutionEffective team management and development of Marketplace On-boardersAbout your experience:Retail Digital media experienceExperience of previously working as a BA and/or Project ManagerExperience of managing technical delivery of products/brands into and within the Marketplace environment1-3 years’ experience in Digital Marketplace2-3 years’ experience with BA/Project Management3-5 years’ in a direct customer delivery roleConfidence working across Luxury BrandsExperience in identifying commercial and technical risks, and managing them effectivelyA bit about you: You relishes challengesYou have a passion for working with suppliersYou have high attention to detail is fundamental for the success of this roleYou are highly customer centric mind-set and approachYou have digital marketplace expertiseBusiness analysis - perform requirements capture where requiredExperienced in project managing IT deliverables ensuring impeccable communication with all stakeholdersAbility to train and transfer knowledge to the wider support teamAll your hard work, rewarded:Our colleagues are as important to us as our customers.
