A leading supplier of pre-press services to the STEM and academic publishing industry with global offices is on the look out for a Customer Relations Manager to liaise with their current client list to ensure customer satisfaction at every stage in the process, providing a pathway to discuss any production related issues, as well as researching and approaching new clients across the UK and Europe.
The ideal candidate will come from a STEM or Academic publishing background to ensure an all-round understanding of pre-press services across books and journals. A key part of this role will be keeping the social media up to date, in addition to problem solving and delivering excellent customer service.
Our client is looking for a candidate who is an excellent communicator with an eye for detail. This is a new role to support the Sales Director in a small team environment, so the successful candidate will be expected to work of their own initiative performing ad hoc duties as required. Travel to offices in global locations as well as travel within Europe.
