we are looking for Retention & Upgrade Sales Executives to ensure the continued satisfaction of our existing customers.
You will be speaking to current customers whom may have had a failed payment for their insurance or wish to cancel. You will refresh relationships and upgrade customers to our new insurance products. You will need to utilise sales techniques, objection handle and observe regulations to ensure a solid upgrade whilst treating our customers fairly. You may also be required to contact our current customer base to ensure their continued satisfaction with their policy and advise of potential benefits of covering additional products with us.
OUR TRAINING ACADEMY
You will receive a high level of training for the first two weeks with our sales entrants on our products, sales techniques, objection handling skills and customer service levels. You will then receive a further four weeks of specialised on the job training. You will receive on going support throughout your time with BIG with excellent opportunities for career progression in a fast growing independent firm.
We appreciate a healthy work-life balance, therefore you will work on a 37.5 hour per week Monday - Friday contract... that's right NO WEEKENDS!!
We are look for people that are exceptional at what they do. You must be driven by the desire to win a sale, and have a confident telephone manner - this is essential. You must have at least 1 years sales experience within a call centre environment - selling to existing customers would be a desirable advantage!
