Global Head of Digital Marketing

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Global Digital Marketing Head to join our marketing team.

You will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring our digital marketing strategy and campaigns across all digital networks. In addition, you will be responsible for managing, guiding and training digital marketers in the team.

You should have in-depth digital marketing experience, including website build and UX, CMS, CRM, SEO, PPC, email and social media. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. You will work closely with different teams (e.g. bankers, products, technology, legal and compliance) across all levels and geographies to ensure impact and consistency through all digital marketing channels.

A business priority is to inspire greater engagement across the organization with our digital portal (In-View) and align it with all our other digital channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an integrated online marketing strategy which is aligned to our business goals:
    • To grow our profile in a targeted way, externally and
    • To ensure engagement of clients and prospects with our services and products
    • And which aims to provide ‘the right content to the right audience, at the right time, in an engaging way… seamlessly’
  • Direct responsibility for managing the following Citi Private Bank digital platforms: public website, CMS, social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, WeChat etc.), internal marketing portal
  • Marketing representative and advisor for other digital channels: In View (client portal), CRM, intranet
  • Develop targeted email communication strategy for clients and prospects
  • Create and manage link building strategies, content marketing strategies, and social media presence
  • Develop and implement SEO and PPC strategies
  • Plan and manage email and social media campaigns
  • Coordinate internally and externally (with advertising and media experts) to build and execute campaigns
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and initiatives and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends and implement these as appropriate
  • Work seamlessly with internal content creators (writers, designers, podcasts, video production, etc.)
  • Organize and lead the digital marketing team

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 15 years’ experience in a digital marketing
    (with strong preference for experience in global financial services)
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, headless CMS, InDesign, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter etc.
  • Good knowledge of web design/ UX
  • Great project management, organizational and analytical skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, able to present and collaborate at all levels across the company
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
  • Team player
  • Educated to degree level. Ideally with a qualification in relevant digital marketing technologies
