Customer Service and Export Administrator Permanent Andover £20,000 - £24,000 per annum Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm
An awesome opportunity has arisen with a small customer services team for someone to join them to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure their orders get to them smoothly and efficiently.
The role will include:
- speaking with high volumes of customers about products available
- processing orders
- arranging transport/logistics within the UK and Internationally
- completing all exporting documentation
Candidates must have:
- proven customer service experience
- excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills
- the ability to communicate at all levels
- freight/transport/exporting knowledge
