We are currently supporting an established family-run business who require and exceptional Billing Sales Manager to drive the business through exceptional growth.

The mission of this role is to grow sales GP and maximise existing business opportunities. My clients current sales team is very good but achieving their growth target will mean taking things way beyond this level - They will need an outstanding team of A players backed up by world-class processes.



Responsibilities
  • Manage the inside and external sales representative teams
  • Take ownership and accountability of your own key account clients as well as Identifying new business within a certain region
  • Set and track sales targets for your team
  • Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
  • Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
  • Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts for directors’ approval
  • Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
  • Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
  • Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Ensuring the sales team build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

Requirements


In order to be considered from this role, you would have the below skills and attributes

  • Experience working within the 'Tool Hire' Industry (Desirable)
  • demonstrate your skills at growing sales
  • You will be an influencer and a driver
  • On the one hand you are accustomed to making things happen and to removing barriers and obstacles that stand in the way of progress, but on the other hand you will use your influencing and persuasion skills to achieve results without alienating people
  • You will have a proven track record of achieving the sales growth targets we are looking for and you will clearly be able to demonstrate you have the energy and enthusiasm to do it again
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills

Benefits

  • Base salary in the region of £50,000 per annum DOE
  • Excellent uncapped commission earnings
  • Monday - Friday 06:30 - 16:30
