Cranwell Court sits as one of Lincolnshire’s leading specialist care facilities, providing individualised, customer-led care for older vulnerable adults including those living with dementia.
As a Night Support Worker you will:
Maximise independence of people requiring support, and go the extra mile whilst working as part of a team at Cranwell Court, demonstrating empathy, patience, humour and a ‘can do’ attitude. Maintain accurate records of support provided, maintaining risk assessment and support plans to be able to respond to emergencies should they arise. Respect confidentiality at all times Work 3 shifts per week, on a rota-based system
Our ideal candidate will possess a passion for working in the care sector and will appreciate the importance of providing care for older vulnerable adults. We are looking for Support Workers who will go that extra mile whilst working as part of a team. In order to deliver service excellence, you must demonstrate empathy, patience, humour and a ‘can do’ attitude.
As a Night Support Worker you will:
Be willing to provide personal care to males and females Have experience of working with elderly people (desirable, although training will be given) Hold a current NVQ level 2 in Care or equivalent (desirable, although training will be given). Undertake comprehensive training to help you in your work Be confident, reliable and interested in supporting people to live independently. Be able to establish positive relationships and a good team player.
