**What can I achieve and what will I be responsible for whilst completing a placement at Pfizer?**
We are looking for a small number of undergraduates who want to work in a User Experience and Design field to create beautiful designs and compelling experiences. Specifically, we are focused on creating a set of capabilities designed to enable Design Thinking exploration, experimentation, design and rapid prototyping. Day-to-day, you will actively support ad-hoc design efforts.
We are looking for undergraduates who can:
+ **Use the following tools:** Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere and MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
+ **Be a part of a team:** You are a team player and determined to meet the team's goals.
+ **Inspire us and be creative:** You are able to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and create designs that meet the brief, client needs and vision
+ **Design with us:** You have solid grasp of User Centred Design (UCD)
+ **Learn and practice:** You are an eager learner in all aspects of User Experience and Design.

There will be plenty of opportunities to improve your skills over the 12 months as well as build your knowledge of expereicen design, technology and biopharmaceuticals for your future career. Finally, your industrial placement must be recognised or supported by your university.
**When can I start?**
Placements will start on 1st September 2020 and will run for 12 months.
Type of person we are looking for, in relation to ' **Skills** ', ' **Knowledge** ' and ' **Motivation** ':
+ Currently studying Computer Human Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design or similar degree with a passion for User Experience and Design
+ On target for a 2:1 Degree Classification or above
+ Communication: You are at ease when meeting new people, appreciate the diversity of stakeholder interactions and adapt your style and approach accordingly.
+ Analytical skill and learning agility: You have the capacity to be open to new ideas and comfortable exploring areas where there are no right answers. You are able to cope with changing requirements and progressive insights. Exciting and dynamic ways of working are something you long for.
+ Global perspective: You are able to demonstrate international cultural agility.
+ Deliver results: You focus on quality and getting things done. You can translate complex briefs into beautiful designs.
