Liverpool City Council Adult Social Care and Health are going through a period of transformation and we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and highly motivated Locality Manager to join our team and help drive change. This post is initially for a fixed period of one year.
Locality Managers work across the city social work teams and alongside our partner organisations to develop integrated, personalised care which uses a strength - based approach working collaboratively with service users, carers, staff at all levels, and partner organisations to develop effective services across the city.
The post holder will be supported by the Senior Management Team to shape and help implement programmes of change, providing effective leadership to deliver excellent professional and managerial standards in line with local and national priorities.
