About the role

Weare searching for a dynamic Project Coordinator to join our MedicalCommunications Project Management team in Knutsford, Cheshire. You’ll providefirst-class project support to an effective team of Medical Communicationspecialists across the world. No two days will be the same and we’llensure you learn plenty along the way. It will be a fast paced, creative andrewarding environment. You will be able to effectively control projects,keeping key stakeholders informed of progress and have an appreciation of theconnections between multiple projects, suppliers and finances. What you’ll do

  • Provide task-based support on allaspects of assigned projects from a management and financial perspective

  • Ensure all stakeholders are keptinformed and regularly updated on project progress

  • Support the project management team inworking with clients and occasionally other agencies

  • Assist with actively managing multipleproject finances to achieve key KPI’s

  • Where possible identify, and generate,opportunities with existing and new client accounts

About you

  • A greatcommunicator with strong stakeholder management skills

  • Ability tojuggle multiple projects at any one given time

  • Capacity todeal with adhoc requests and manage conflicting deadlines

  • ExcellentMicrosoft office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Financialacumen and understanding of profitability

  • Confidentteam player
