We are looking for Casual Workers to join our Conference & Events team to support on several large and exciting events between October 2019 and January 2020. Shifts will be offered as available with key dates for availability being Saturday 26th October, Friday 1st November and Friday/Saturday nights in December.
As Conference and Events Porter your responsibilities will include:
As a main point of contact during conferences and events you will be well presented and have excellent communication skills. It is important that you are an excellent organiser and have the ability to work as part of a team but also use your own initiative in order to deal with guest requests. A passion for delivering excellent customer service is essential.
You will be friendly and approachable; you will go the extra mile for our guests; you will provide highly consistent good service and you will lead by example.
