We are looking for a recent graduate to join Prior Park Schools as an Assistant to the Business Director. The Business Director is responsible for the financial and all support services of Prior Park Schools in Bath and Gibraltar.
Duties are many and varied and could include a combination of: • Project work • Review of school policies and monitoring procedures • Review of the schools' arrangements to ensure GDPR compliance • Re-organisation of the schools' archive arrangements • Support for the Estates Director ensuring the maintenance/repairs reporting system are operating efficiently
The role involves collaboration and teamwork across departments and you will need strong communication skills, be IT literate and have lots of initiative. This is an ideal opportunity to gain a variety of business experience to help shape your future career.
There are potentially two posts available with some flexibility over hours of work and length of contract. Work is available now and potentially for a 6 month period for the right candidate.
