Job Describtion

➢Place adverts for assigned product offers
➢ Answer client calls and answer questions.
➢ Complete surveys or questionnaires with clients via phone.
➢ Book appointments using appointment setting policy.
➢ Send delegates pre-meeting materials.
➢ Schedule approved presenters to conduct meetings or seminars.
➢ Enter appropriate information in database system as required.
➢ Prepare reports for analysis as required.
➢ Resolve complaints pursuant to established customer care policies.

Person specification
A good candidate for this role must be a good

  • self-manager of time and task
  • a good team player
  • good computing skills specifically with Microsoft Office
  • good communication skills.
