The Position

We are looking for a Completions Administrator to join our Completions Team at our Lincoln Plaza development in the Docklands.

As a Completions Administrator you will ensure that all administrative tasks involved with the completion process are executed efficiently and to a high standard. This process will be both internal and external to the company and therefore you will have to be highly communicative on email and via phone calls and will ensure the best customer experience is delivered.

Duties

  • Support the Completions Team by ensuring relevant information and documents are uploaded onto a Salesforce system.
  • Keeping excel trackers and schedules up to date for other departments to utilise
  • Support the Completions Team when the rest of the team are occasionally needed to go to other offices and developments across London for handovers, open days and client meetings.
  • Managing/reporting the defects process alongside the rest of the Completions Team and logging all information on an excel spreadsheets as Sasetts system.
  • Dealing with customer queries over the phone and sending email correspondence
  • Liaising with various internal departments (sales and aftercare team) to ensure that the correct service is delivered to customers
  • Other ad hoc duties that may arise.

The Person

The successful candidate must be/have;

  • Ability to work within a team and towards time frames
  • Excellent administrative skills and assisting in taking telephone messages
  • Experience using Outlook and all Microsoft programmes
  • Customer service experience in a fast paced environment (essential)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills as some letter/email writing will be required
  • Strong team player but capable of working on own initiative
  • Calm under pressure and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of the purchasing process of buying off-plan
  • Experience in the property market (desirable)

Hours of Work

Monday to Thursday - 09:00 to 17:30, Friday - 09:00 to 17:00 (Can offer flexi hours within reason)
