We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade at Crathorne Hall Hotel.
The position is full-time working 45 hours over 5 days per week, however every hour worked is paid, so if you work extra hours, you'll receive extra payment! In addition to the hourly rate of pay you will also receive service charge payments (approximately £900 extra per year if you're full time) and a share of any gratuities.

Competencies of a Chef de Partie
We are looking for a passionate and vibrant Chef de Partie to join our Head Chef and the team at Crathorne Hall Hotel. As Chef de Partie you will work within an outstanding Hotel and have the creativity to produce some of the finest food using only the freshest seasonal ingredients. You will have the responsibility for your own section within the kitchen including health & safety and hygiene. We are looking for someone who is passionate about food and delivering amazing hospitality to our guests.
Experience in a similar position is desirable. This is an ideal position for a Commis Chef looking to take the next step as we offer excellent training and development opportunities.
