Embark on a two year journey working with Siemens aero-derivative gas turbines based at our Iceni Centre in Warwick. An established world leader in this highly innovative field, this business has been providing solutions for global power generation and oil and gas projects for over 50 years. Specialising in delivering maximum efficiency from the prime fuels extracted from beneath the earth's surface. Become part of a world-class team, and work closely with our engineers to create ground breaking solutions- •You'll get to sharpen your skills across a wide range of training modules, including Project Management •Get to grips with your designated business unit, including its goals, vision, services, customers and supply chain •Roll your sleeves up on both technical and non-technical placements •Demonstrate your progress and learning so you can start building your profile within our company •Seek out opportunities that will push you to strengthen your skills and enhance your knowledge
The candidate Here's what it takes to join some of the world's brightest minds. •Graduated or are on track to graduate with a 2.2 or above in an Engineering discipline (Electrical/Mechanical) •Are flexible, know how to connect with others and pride yourself on bringing positive ideas to the team •Enjoy, jumping in and, with the support from us, feel comfortable taking responsibility for tasks and projects you've been assigned •Know how to manage your own time and adapt to change •Want to succeed, aspire to excellence and think outside the box •Have some experience understanding the principals of a gas turbine operation
Location Whilst the role is based in Warwick, our graduate roles could take you anywhere in the UK, so you'll need to go where this journey takes you. In return, you'll get the chance to work with inspirational teams impacting entire cities, countries – and the shape of things to come.

The salary band for this role is £27,000 - £31,500
