Cpl Healthcare have a number of vacancies for Support Workers for Guernsey.

Job Summary:

There are roles within the ID service, the service supports people with learning disabilities and care of the elderly service. The successful candidates will support in a variety of settings including residential homes, supported living, short break service and the outreach team.

Band 3 – No qualification £19,901-£23,367 (€22,842-€26,820)

• Has experience caring for a person who has an intellectual disability or elderly patients
• Has experience in a variety of settings including: Residential homes, supported living, short break service and the outreach team
• You will work a shift system/must be available to work 24hours a day
• You will use the active support model

Band 4 –Qualification £22,819-£31,202 (€26,194-€35,852)

• Diploma Level in Health and Social Care or equivalent
• Experience caring for a person who requires medication
• Setting: The Professor Shaw Community Centre or Residential homes, supported living, short break service and the outreach team
• You will work a shift system/must be available to work 24hours a day
• You will use the active support model

Interviews:

2 stages, First stage – Phone/Skype interview with Service Manager. Second Stage – Onsite interview.
