Job Description:
I am looking for an experienced and motivated Clinical Lead Nurse / Nurse Manager to work in a highly reputable care home based in the Wantage area. You will join the nursing team of one of the very best care homes in the Oxfordshire area.
As Clinical Lead / Nurse Manager / Deputy Nursing Home Manager you will deliver clinical care to elderly residents with general care needs.
The nursing home is modern with beautiful interiors and fantastic gardens.
As Clinical Lead / Nurse Manager / Deputy Nursing Home Manager you will join a market leading company that offers training, career development and a wonderful working environment.
My client is a well respected, family run group of residential homes and nursing homes for the elderly and for those who also suffer with the diagnosis of dementia. My client has a number of lovely care homes, all are fully compliant with an excellent local reputation.

Job Requirements:
• Act as Home Manager in the Nursing Home Managers absence
• Training to the care team
• Ensure regulatory standards are met
• Liaise with doctors/ GPs /family members
• Care plans/reviews/meetings

Skills/ Qualifications:
• Care Home experience
• Nurse Qualified RGN/ RMN
• Thorough knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
• Dynamic & Enthusiastic
