Working in the Physical Disabilities Team, part of the wider Special Educational Needs Support Services (SENSS), you’ll join an experienced team that is highly regarded by educational settings and other services/organisations in Oxfordshire.About you:
We are seeking an experienced and highly specialist teacher , to support children and young people with physical disability in an advisory role, commencing 01 January 2020 or as soon as possible thereafter.
You’ll have experience-based SEN knowledge encompassing learning styles, methods, approaches, strategies and interventions used for teaching children with special educational needs, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills You’ll also be resilient, reflective and solution focussed, with high aspirations for pupil outcomes and a strong commitment to inclusive education.Rewards and Benefits:
