We are looking for a Deputy Catering Manager to join the catering function in lovely offices in Enfield on a 12 month contract.
The Catering Deputy Manager will have shared responsibility for all areas of the dining facility, including menu design and meal development. As Catering Deputy Manager you will also be involved in ordering supplies, stock taking, serving lunches, stocking tea rooms etc.
The Catering Deputy Manager will - enjoy cooking innovative and creative menus - have worked within a similar environment, or within contract catering would be preferred - hold up to date basic food hygiene certificate - have good communication skills and be computer literate - be a strong leader, comfortable with delegating and have the ability to motivate a team - possess excellent customer service skills and a willingness to assist where needed - be friendly, energetic, enthusiastic with a positive can do attitude - confidently assist the Manager in ordering suppllies and stock replenishment
As the Catering Deputy Manager a full driving licence.will be required.
