SJ Healthcare Professionals Ltd. are a specialist recruiter within health and social care, based in Castle Donington.
We place Registered Nurses, Doctors, Allied Healthcare Professionals and Healthcare Staff to various organisations.

The main purpose of the role is to oversee a key account, by working closely with the senior management team, to service a client. You will be responsible for resourcing and recruiting a pool of healthcare staff.
Experience of compliance within a healthcare setting is essential as you will be responsible for ensuring that all staff are compliant and up to date with their relevant training. You will need to have good negotiation skills, be able to build good relationships with people whilst helping them along the way.
The role is a temp to perm role with an hourly rate of £10 per hour. The working hours are 08.00am – 17.00pm with one hour for lunch, plus on call duties.
You will have - At least 2 years previous experience of working within recruitment.
