Facilities Manager – Hard Services
We are recruiting for an experienced Facilities Manager who can understand business needs, problem-solve, bring innovation and deliver facilities solutions that are both high-quality and cost-effective.
The Facilities Manager will play an integral part in leading and managing the sub contractors on site covering a wide range of services including M&E, Cleaning and Security.
The Facilities Manager will be responsible for the project management of capital works and any refurbishment projects to ensure that the facility is offering a first-rate experience for its occupants.
The ideal candidate MUST have experience managing full range of Facilities Services.

GBP40000 - GBP65000 per annum + package
