The Office and Attendance Manager will lead on a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, to provide support to children, staff, parents and leading on the daily office organisation and general administrative activities.
The ideal candidate should:
have experience of working in schools as an office manager
have knowledge of SIMS and Parent Pay
have excellent IT and computing skills, including excel, word and outlook
be able to process data/information quickly and accurately
have a professional manner. Proactive and organised
be enthusiastic, friendly, patient and meticulous approach
have a willingness to learn and follow instructions
be flexible and adaptable
be able to communicate effectively whether in person or by other media
contribute to the wider life of the school
