Responsibilities will include from developing tailored care plans to providing medicine safely and delivering excellence across everything you do. Our compassionate service is open to long-term needs, as well as day care, short break respite and palliative care.
The Ideal Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN) candidate will have:
* Person centred care approach * Ability to undertake stress whilst implementing the right attitude * Good Understanding of Medical Terms and Measurements with demonstrable experience of executing effective and accurate medication rounds * Ability to communicate effectively (Written and Verbal) * Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
Responsibilities for the Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN) include:
* Assess residents' health and well-being across a difficult and changing caseload * Assist in the delivery of care to meet individuals' health and well-being needs * Provide and receive sensitive or contentious information * Promote and develop best practice as a Registered Nurse * Assist in maintaining and developing robust and compliant services * Contribute to quality improvement * Promote people's equality, diversity and rights * Apply clinical reasoning skills to all scenarios.
* Valid NMC Pin * Clear DBS * Authorised to work in the EEC * A Registered General Nurse or Mental Health Qualification. * Good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices. * Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments. * An understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
