The Role

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and competent Post Sales Manager to work within our Residential Services.

You will be responsible for providing a customer focused, professional and effective post sales transactional services.

The successful candidate will be able to work under their own initiative, be highly organised and positively engage with a diverse workforce and our customers effectively.

You will be expected to provide advice and guidance on all aspects of Shared Ownership post sales transactions and Right to Buy/Right to Acquire applications. An exciting opportunity to develop valuable new skills and experiences, there will be opportunities to deliver training, write procedures and play a part in the wider Residential Services Management Team.
