THE ROLE

The Stovax Group is looking to appoint a full time Administrative Assistant to join the Company on a 10-month Fixed Term Contract basis to cover Maternity. The successful candidate will be available to commence this role on Monday the 2nd of December 2019.

The role is based on Sowton Industrial Estate in Exeter and is commutable from the M5 with access to train and bus links. The working hours for this role are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 16:30pm

The primary focus of the role is to provide orginisational and administrative support to various departments throughout the Company including our Technical, Production and Customer Service Departments.

This is an interesting opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated candidate, who has excellent IT and administrative skills, high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, and has the ability to prioritise a busy and varied workload to meet deadlines. A high level of interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of departments and management levels throughout the business in a professional manner.
