Assist the team of accountants to maintain the company’s financial records including:
Nominal ledger reconciliations Reconcile and manage manufacturer warranty claims and sundry debtors Year-end audit reconciliations Expense analysis
Work with the accounts team including input of data ensuring efficiency and accuracy of accounts processing. (The accounts function comprises purchase and sales ledgers, cash and bank, and payroll) Contribute to monthly accounts processes, ensuring strict deadlines are met.
Provide support to the branch admin and management teams Generally assist in the wider administrative functions of the company.
Strong grasp of accounting processes and bookkeeping Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel. Excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail Must have worked in a busy office environment Ability to work to strict deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work with colleagues, customers and suppliers to solve problems
