Our client is looking for a Call Handler to work Monday-Friday at their office in Trafford Park. They are looking to expand their Admin team to meet current demands and volumes at the weekend
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Taking calls & dealing with them proffessionally
- To provide an efficient and effective telephone service to all callers
- To demonstrate excellent customer service•
- To take ownership and responsibility for of the cases in the first instance and ensure the client is able to access the relevant support
- Ensure that all notes are recorded accurately against the appropriate cases and all other client and call information is correctly captured on the database
- Experienced in call handling/ customer service
- Willingness to learn
Monday-Friday 08:30 - 17:00
